Help Japan

Incredible Gown Offered at Tres Beau

This dress has very special meaning for me. It is called “Hope” and is available at Tres Beau for 1000L. The gown is not only beautyful it is like buying a gift for a country. Every Linden paid for the garment is given to Japonese charity to help in the Tsunami efforts. Many of us have moved on to our lives and seldom think of this beautyful country that still works to bring normalcy back. Please, please, lets help Japan climb back up. <3

The best part, is this isn't a thrown together in a hurry gown. Like all of Kimmera Madison's designs she has worked painstakingly with the details. The neckline has a gentle, elegant off the shoulder scarfing, the satiny bodice fits divinely about the waist and the skirt is glam with its black lace in an a-line. The flowers, on the dress and hairs were not added as an after thought by me, they are a beautyful detail of the dress.

I like to believe the dark to light is a symbolism of Japan rising from the dark back to the light, much as the symbolism of the lotus flower on the bodice. The lotus flower is one of the Eight Auspicious Symbols and signifies the pattern of growth, our progress of the soul from the primeval mud of materialism, through the waters of experience, and into the bright sunshine of enlightenment. Such a well thought dress and to me, such a true heart of caring for a nation of people who have been inflicted with a horrific moment of time.

Please, purchase this dress, if not for the country of Japan, buy it for the beauty of the gown. It is definitely a one of a kind work of art that is so truly classic and glam, it will never go out of style. Have a peaceful weekend <3
