Tossing the Bucket

“I would not have traded two minutes of the joy and the grief with that man for two decades of anything with another.”

I wasn’t going to take this pic, but in the end I caved to pressure. Why would I not want to raise awareness of Lou Gehrig’s disease (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) ? Well, it’s not that I don’t want to raise awareness to a cause, I just feel like at this point it’s lost its purpose. It’s easy and fun to do some viral campaign, but I almost feel like this one has no teeth. So, even though I  am now joining in, I beseech you to GIVE as well. If not to this charity then choose one to your liking.  I did. And I hope you will too.  http://web.alsa.org/site/PageNavigator/one_dollar_home.html

  1. WOOHOO! You DID it! I LOVE you little moo. For each person battling ALS and for each person in their lives…EVERY video…EVERY photo…EVERY individual effort…shines a light of hope for them. Thank you for being another beacon of hope…it does matter. ❤ ❤

  2. My wifey called me out for this challenge. I’ve been vacillating over whether or not to do it, but if it’s good enough for a Cao, it’s good enough for a Peep!

Now I just have to figure out how to get the ice cubes out of those little plastic trays 😉

I'm done inconveniencing electrons, any thoughts? Come on, you know you have 'em, post them up here.
